The following files can be downloaded by double-clicking on the appropriate
data sample. These samples are in comma delimited and Microsoft Access formats.
The MS Access version contains additional lookup tables found in the file
layout appendices. The file layouts themselves require Adobe Acrobat Reader
software to view and print.
